The Waterview POA is fully cooperating with the FL DEP in completing their investigations.
This is public information we are sharing in order to inform lot owners why the POA's Environmental Control Committee (ECC) works diligently to manage all requests for the use of the Waterview Greenbelt. It is to protect us as lot owners from any potential fines imposed by any regulatory authority including the FL DEP, Charlotte County, and/or the Army Corps of Engineers, by requiring prior authorization for any changes made to the Waterview Greenbelt.
The ECC has assisted lot owners with the process of obtaining the required authorizations to make changes to the Waterview Greenbelt, and the ECC will continue to assist owners as necessary.
